At BBQ House, food is our meeting point, a universal experience that transcends cultures, languages and origins. Whether a simple meal shared with family or a festive celebration of exotic flavours, food brings us together and lets us share stories, laughter and traditions.
From the Flame
Cooked over the coals
Open-flame cooking runs through the menu, from shrimp and beef espetadas to our BBQ House peri peri chicken. Beyond the coals, the menu includes fillet mignon and slowly braised beef cheeks, each with its own preparation.

More than the grill
Beyond the flame, the menu keeps travelling, garden salads and sharing plates, handcrafted sandwiches, beef, chicken and salmon burgers, oven-fresh pizza and pasta, a kids' menu, sweet endings and house mocktails. A world on a plate, in the heart of Maputo.
